In the autumn of 2021, Sannguis was given the opportunity to pursue leadership development together with the leaders of a medium-sized IT company in Skaraborg. The purpose was for everyone to get the opportunity to develop their personal leadership and to gain consensus on what leadership is within the company. In April 2022, a workshop will follow where new experiences will be discussed and the next steps in development will be set.
